Our water and our box
Where does your water come from?
Our water comes directly from Geroldsau in the Black Forest – a region known for its pure, natural spring water . Instead of drilling wells, we consciously use existing water sources . This way, we don't interfere with the natural water cycle and preserve the region's ecological balance – sustainably, responsibly, and pure.
Is the WaterBox also available with carbonation?
We currently offer still water , as a carton unfortunately cannot withstand carbonation for extended periods. However, a carbonated alternative is already in the planning stages.
Do you also offer flavored water or flavors?
Currently, our product range consists only of still water. However, we are working hard on expanding our product range.
In what sizes is the WaterBox available?
Our WaterBox is available in 500ml or 330ml .
What is your beverage carton made of?
Our beverage carton is largely made from renewable raw materials .
The main component is FSC-certified paper , which gives the cardboard its stability and allows for optimal printing.
For applications requiring particularly long durability, a thin aluminum layer can be optionally integrated.
Is there a minimum order quantity for the WaterBox (Originals or Co-Branding)?
Originals : available from 300 pieces .
Co-branding: from 10,000 pieces (smaller quantities on request) - Available from 300 pieces over 36 months .
Co-branding & design
Can we also get the WaterBox as a private label (purely self-branded)?
We deliberately do not offer a purely private label – the WaterBox remains visible on the product as a quality partner.
In this way, we ensure that all important information and quality features are clearly visible to end customers.
This way, your customers will immediately know that you are part of the WaterBox family – and your design will still be uniquely tailored to your brand.
What is the process from design to finished delivery – and how long does it take?
The process is simple and transparent:
Design development (approx. 2 weeks)
The design is created either by you or by us – we usually do this in close consultation with you to ensure the result is a perfect fit for your brand.
Print samples (approx. 2 weeks)
After your approval, we send the final layout to the cardboard manufacturer, who will create a physical print sample and send it to you for review.
Production of the boxes (approx. 6 weeks)
After the sample has been approved, your individual design will be produced and printed on the boxes.
Bottling & delivery (approx. 1 week)
As soon as the carton blanks arrive, we will fill your water fresh and ship your first delivery.
Total duration: Typically, the entire process from design start to delivery takes about 9 weeks .
Can all four sides of the box be individually printed?
The look and feel of the entire WaterBox is 100% tailored to your brand.
Two sides are completely free for you to design individually .
The other areas contain legally required information as well as the most important product benefits of our box for your customers.
Which colors can be used for printing?
Printing is done in the Pantone C color system , which enables precise color reproduction.
Neon and metallic tones are excluded for production reasons.
Shelf life & storage
How long does the WaterBox last?
Our WaterBox has a shelf life of 3 months . With the aluminum coating, the shelf life is extended to 12 months .
Is everything produced at once and stored at your company?
We store the empty boxes and refill them as needed .
This ensures that the water always remains of the best quality, and you receive your deliveries exactly when you need them.
Do we have to request the agreed contract quantity all at once or can we purchase it in stages?
No, you can access your amount flexibly over 36 months , depending on your needs.
The minimum quantity per order is 300 pieces .
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via freight forwarding on a half or full Euro pallet – safely, quickly and throughout Europe.
What is your standard shipping quantity?
As standard, shipping starts at 300 pieces .
Can we receive regular deliveries, e.g., monthly or according to a fixed delivery schedule?
Of course. You can collect your WaterBoxes as needed. Alternatively, we can work together to create a customized delivery schedule tailored to your needs.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
At WaterBox Originals you will usually receive your goods within 3-5 working days .
For co-branding orders, bottling takes approximately 2-3 business days , followed by shipping within 3-5 business days .
